Located just a few metres from the Stade de France and the new business district Saint-Denis Pleyel, the Usine Té is a formerly rehabilitated factory.

The historic elements of the structure have been preserved in order to maintain its industrial style (glass roofs, exposed beams and metal structures), the addition of a rich and lush plant decoration (tree terraces and plant structures) completes the atmosphere atypical that emerges.
The 9 spaces from 30 to 450 m2 indoors and outdoors offer exemplary modularity for tailor-made events. Equipped with the latest technology in terms of connectivity, sound and audiovisual equipment, these spaces can be used for anything.
