This former vinegar factory was transformed into a garage, then into offices for Le Coq Sportif and finally into a make-up school, it was necessary to rethink these beautiful volumes.
Thanks to these 10 years of experience, many spaces have been imagined in this place to meet the many expectations of our customers.
The spaces available are ideal for your seminars, conferences, meetings and corporate cocktails.
Primarily thought of as a hybrid space, La Verrière welcomes you in a real tailor-made space of 180 m² completely adaptable and modular for all kinds of events: company cocktail, fashion show, product/brand launch, meetings, filming, photo shooting, congress, gala dinner, trade show …
La Verrière is completed with the Bistrot and its small and pleasant terrace.
Its charm lies in its small cocooning lounge with Parisian charm equipped with a bar ready to serve the best of cocktails.
As for the Atelier, in an industrial spirit, this 220 m² room is designed to host seminars as well as the wildest of dance parties with its quality Bose sound system!
Finally, the Mini Boutik is an atypical 30 m² space that benefits from a large bay window that fills the space with natural light, ideal for artists and creators wishing to have a street frontage.
This window is also perfect if you want to stick it up in your event colours.
